Family Immigration and Citizenship

Alan J. Pollack, Esq. provides services for family-based visa applications including the new 'V' and 'K' visas, marriage cases, removal of condition, visa extensions, consular processing, humanitarian parole, and all I-130 family based petitions. We handle all citizenship cases and cases for children, including adopted children. We also obtain travel documents including advance parole, re-entry permits, and refugee travel documents.

Criminal Aliens

If you have a relative who is in custody for a crime and faces deportation, we can help. If possible, we will get your relative released from INS custody and represent him before the Immigration Court. We may also arrange to visit your relative in custody when necessary to represent him.

Deportation and Asylum
