Alan J. Pollack, Esq. was admitted to the Bar in 1994 and is admitted in both New York and New Jersey. He graduated with a B.S. Degree from the University of Michigan and earned his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School. Mr. Pollack has 13 years of experience specifically in Immigration practice and was an associate at several business immigration law firms before establishing Alan J. Pollack, Esq. He is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and currently serves on AILA's New York Chapter, Department of Labor Liaison Committee. Mr. Pollack has assisted in the preparation of published articles on immigration law and has appeared several times on local television on NBC News (Channel 4) discussing immigration issues.
